I am usually not a person who cans alot of stuff...well my mom told me in town they were giving away all the peaches anyone wanted so...I went and got alot!! And decided to try to make peach jam. The first batch turned out too runny, so we decided to label it Peach Syrup. So that night we had some pancakes with the peach syrup and it was really good. Cameron loves it, he had a friend over the next day and they both wanted pancakes with peach syrup for lunch, so I had to make them pancakes!

So than I decided I really had to make more to see if I could get it set up, and finally it did. :)

So anyway after all the peaches, I have about 14 jars of what ever we want..jam or syrup.
